Very flexible grain with high extract efficiency for reliable lager-making in any brew house, including pub ale systems. Yields optimum results for any process⎯from single-step to multi-step infusion, to decoction. Recommended Quantities: Up to 100% of total grain bill. Thanks to Jamil for the basic recipe from "Brewing Classic Styles." Out of Hallertau, but this style is not hop-forward, and Magnum is clean. Comparing Diamond Lager to 34/70. Will ferment at 55. Brewed on 3/29/24.
