Notes

using a temp controller add 10% of all grain to a crock pot. Add 1gallon water. Mash at 155 for 3 hours. lower the temp to 110. Add 1 cup Greek yogurt. Leave for 24 hours. remove grain and add sour wort to boiling clean wort.
