  • 4 lbs 2-Row Brewers Malt;Briess

    2-Row Brewers Malt;Briess

    Mild malty flavor. Characteristics & Applications: • Base malt for all beer styles • Smoother, less grainy flavor than 6-Row Brewers Malt. • Slightly higher yield than 6-Row Brewers Malt. • Slight lower protein than 6-Row Brewers Malt. • Produced from AMBA/BMBRI recommended 2-Row Malting Barley varieties.

  • 3 lbs Red Wheat Malt;Briess

    Red Wheat Malt;Briess

    Creamy, Sweet, Malty, Wheat, Flour. Characteristics & Applications: • Imparts malty flavor not obtainable from raw wheat. • Use with rice hulls to improve lautering and help prevent stuck mash. • White Wheat Malt contributes to foam production and foam stability.

  • 1 oz Citra® -5.1 AA% pellets; boiled 20 min

    Citra®

    Citra™ is a special aroma hop variety developed by the Hop Breeding Company (a joint venture between John I. Haas, Inc. and Select Botanicals Group, LLC). It was released in 2007. Citra™ has fairly high alpha acids and total oil contents with a low percentage of cohumulone content. The variety imparts interesting citrus and tropical fruit characters to beer.

    Active dry yeast recommended to brew a diversity of beers amongst which abbey style beers known for their high alcohol content. It ferments very fast and reveals subtle and well-balanced aromas.
