  • 10 lbs Premium 2-Row Malt; Great Western

Notes

Re-do of 2009 recipe, Marcus' first beer, using ingredients more available now. Dark malts are actually 1 lb Blackprinz + .5 lb Carafa. Oats are actually Coach's Oats, precooked before adding to mash. Gonna be dark.
