Ingredients (All Grain5.5 gal)

  • 5 lbs Pilsen Malt;Dingemans

    Light in color and low in protein, Dingemans Pilsen is produced from the finest European two-row barley. This malt is well modified and can easily be mashed with a single-temperature infusion.

  • 3 lbs White Wheat Malt

    White Wheat Malt

    Weizens. Improves head retention in all beers. Contributes spicy flavor. Protein rest required.

  • 3 lbs Wheat Flaked

    Wheat Flaked

    Belgian White Ale(wit), other specialty beers.

  • 1 oz Liberty -4.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Used mainly for finishing German and American style ales and lagers. Aroma is mild and pleasant.

Notes

Hops are actually Lemon Drop, not an option. About 1 lb of fresh cucumber, peeled, seeded, and cubed. Put in new paint strainer bag and suspended in keg for 3 days.
