Gato Negro Porter

Gato Negro Porter

Robust Porter • All Grain • 5.5 gal

Al Grain

Racking to the Secondary tonight. Used the WLP023 Burton Ale Yeast for the first time. Never had such a major, long-lasting krauesen as with this stuff. 5.5 gallons in a 6.5 glass fermenter and krauesen climbed two feet up blowoff tube. After 7 days, there is still 1/4" - 1/2" krauesen.
