  • White Labs WLP036 Dusseldorf Alt

    White Labs WLP036 Dusseldorf Alt

Traditional Alt yeast from Dusseldorf, Germany. Produces clean, slightly sweet alt beers. Does not accentuate hop flavor as WLP029 does.

Notes

The wlp 036 dusseldorf alt yeast will leave some sweetness and malty overtones. I threw the oats in to give it more of a mouth feel and to aid in head retention. With the exception of color, this falls within the guidelines for a "northern german altbier"
