Ingredients (All Grain18 L)

  • 2.70 kg English 2-row Pale

    English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • 0.43 kg Crystal Malt 80°L

    Crystal Malt 80°L

    Body and Richness. Distictive Nutty flavor and or sweet, smooth caramel flavor and a red to deep red color. For porters, old ales.

  • 14 g Challenger - 8.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Challenger

    Popular bittering hop used primarily in British ales and lagers. Mild to moderate aroma, but quite spicy.

  • 13 g Fuggle - 4.8 AA% whole; boiled 20 min

    Fuggle

    Mild. Mainly used for finishing and dry hopping especially pale ales, porters, and stouts. Aroma is mild and pleasant, spicy, and soft.

  • 13 g Goldings - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 7 min

    Goldings

    Mild. Slightly flowery.

  • BrewTek CL-380 Saison

    BrewTek CL-380 Saison

    This yeast leaves a smooth, full character in the malt, with mild yet pleasant esters and flavors reminiscent of apple pie spices. Best used to recreate country French and Belgian Ales as well as Grand Cru styles.

single infusion mash with rest at 67C for 60 minutes.
