This yeast is famous for its clean flavors, balance and ability to be used in almost any style ale. It accentuates the hop flavors and is extremely versatile.
Notes
The 2-row should be roasted at 350F for 10-15 minutes before steeping. Steep for 30 minutes. Puree the cranberries and add to the boil for the last 30 minutes. Strain the wort when moving to primary fermenter.
