  • 3.9 lbs Pale Liquid; Alexanders

    Pale Liquid; Alexanders

    Reportedly lightest colored malt extract available.

  • 3.3 lbs Wheat Liquid; Brewferm

    Wheat Liquid; Brewferm

    Highly concentrated (80 %) liquid, unhopped extract of barley malt. Made from the best malts. 1,5 litre can.

  • .5 oz Nugget - 14.7 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    This is very bitter and often used in medium to dark ales and lagers. Aroma is quite heavy and herbal.

  • .2 oz Fuggle - 3.5 AA% pellets; boiled 30 min
