Brewed on 2/11/2017 for PureWater reclaimed water competition. Will be served on 3/19/2017. Added 20 gm of Brewcraft Burton Water Salts to mash. Sparged with unmodified reclaimed water. Oats are Coach's Oats. Red malt is BEST Red X.
