  • 1.5 lbs Crystal Malt 40°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • .5 lbs German Smoked

  • 8 lbs Dry Amber Extract

    Dry Amber Extract

    Cream-colored and full-flavored; will produce amber colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters. Made of pale and crystal malts.

  • 1 lbs Honey

    Imparts sweet and dry taste. For honey and brown ales. Also: specialty ales.

  • .5 lbs Molasses

    Molasses

    Imparts strong sweet flavor. Use in stouts and porters.

  • 1 oz Willamette - 7.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min
