Notes

The 8 under Male N R G herbal tea refers to 8 tea bags; I just tore 'em open & emptied them into the wort (what the hell, I saw it in the cabnet & couldn't resist hehehe). The raisins & herbal tea were added during the last 15 minutes of the boil. The peeled apple was added to the primary fementor just before pitching the yeast. All of the water used was filtered. And for those into runes, I carved the following runes into the apple: Gebo, Thurisaz, Ehwaz, & Ingwaz. I just brewed this one today, but I figure 2 weeks in the primary & 2 weeks in the secondary. I probably won't age it long (I have no will-power, but if you want to you can). Also I used Crystal 70L not 60L, but there was no option for it. I am hoping the name Loki's Kiss sums up this beer in a nutshell. If you use this recipe, make a toast to the Norse god, Loki, for me. Hail Loki!
