  • 165 kg Superior Pilsen Malt; Canada Malting

    Superior Pilsen Malt; Canada Malting

    Produced from selected lots of premium Canadian grown Copeland barley, Canada Malting Superior Pilsen is low in total protein, high in extract and low in color which makes it a perfect base malt for lagers of all types.

  • 25 kg Acidulated Malt

    Acidulated Malt

    High lactic acid. For lambics, sour mash beers, Irish stout, pilsners and wheats.

  • 165 kg Wheat Flaked

    Wheat Flaked

    Belgian White Ale(wit), other specialty beers.

  • 25 kg Corn Sugar

    Corn Sugar

    Use in priming beer or in extract recipes where flaked maize would be used in a mash.

  • 500 g Herkules - 15.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Spicy, powerful.

  • 1000 g Cascade - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 0 min

    White Labs WLP644 Brettanomyces Bruxellensis Trois

    This Belgian strain, used traditionally for 100% Brettanomyces fermentations, produces a slightly tart beer with delicate characteristics of mango and pineapple. Can also be used to produce effervescence when bottle-conditioning.
