Texas Tea
Dry Stout • Extract • 5 gal
According to the Recipe calculator, this beer will not be very bitter. Since I don't know what type and how much hops Mountmellick put in the extract, I purposely left out the bittering hops.

This was an experiment; just like most of my beers. I wanted to try the Mountmellick Famous Irish Stout kit. I hear it is a good base. I didn't know what really to do about the hops and grains because I am not sure what the factory put in. Anyway, I hope it works out. If not. I'll drink it and not worry. P.S. The liquid extract in the recipe is Mountmellick.
