  • .91 lbs English Chocolate Malt

    Dark malt that gives a rich red or brown color and nutty flavor. Use for: Brown ales, porters, some stouts Maintains some malty flavor, not as dark as roasted malt.

  • .83 lbs British Crystal 55°L

    British Crystal 55°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, adds mouthfeel and head retention. For pale or amber ales.

  • .73 lbs English Black Roast

    English Black Roast

    Adds a heavy roast flavor and dark color.

  • 3.63 lbs English Brown Malt

    English Brown Malt

    Imparts a dry, biscuit flavor. Used in nut brown ales, porters and some Belgian ales.

I made this and family really liked it. Its a clone of someone else's brew. Turned out very good. After 6 months it was very smooth. Going to make soon but age in used 5 gal single malt whiskey barrel. Having fun.
