  • 0.31 lbs Munich 10L Malt; Briess

    Golden orange hue with a robust malty flavor.

  • 6.58 lbs Dry Amber Extract

    Dry Amber Extract

    Cream-colored and full-flavored; will produce amber colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters. Made of pale and crystal malts.

  • 1.2 oz Chinook - 13.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Chinook

    Spicy, Medium to Heavy.Very strong bittering ability used in all American ales and lagers. Aroma is very floral.

  • 0.50 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min
