Used Muntons Marris Otter extract instead of Extra Light LME. Steeped grains for an hour at 152 degrees. Sparge grains with one gallon of water at 170 degrees. Add DME at 30 min. Added LME at 15 minutes. Pitched yeast at 67 degrees. OG 1.044. FG 1.011. ABV 4.4%. Second batch 1.045. FG 1.011. 4.5% ABV.
