  • 2.0 lbs Liquid Wheat; Muntons

    Liquid Wheat; Muntons

    English wheat malt and barley malt are blended in the ratio 55% wheat malt and 45% barley malt to produce this fine product. Use in recipes for wheat beer or as an interesting variation to other beer styles.

  • 1.0 lbs Dry Extra Light Extract

    Dry Extra Light Extract

    For making very pale ales and lagers.

  • .5 lbs Honey

    Honey

    Imparts sweet and dry taste. For honey and brown ales. Also: specialty ales.

  • .5 oz Czech Saaz - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Very mild. 'Noble'.

  • .5 oz Hallertauer Hersbrucker - 4.5 AA% whole; boiled 15 min
