Ingredients (Extract5 gal)

  • 1.25 lbs Toasted Pale Malt

    Toasted Pale Malt

    Imparts nutty flavor and aroma. Use in IPAs and Scottish ales.

  • 9 1/8 lbs Amber; Irek's

    Amber; Irek's

    Amber is used predominantly in the production of medium-colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters.

  • 1 lbs Honey

    Honey

    Imparts sweet and dry taste. For honey and brown ales. Also: specialty ales.

  • 4 lbs Corn Sugar

    Corn Sugar

    Use in priming beer or in extract recipes where flaked maize would be used in a mash.

  • 3 oz Hallertau - 4.4 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Hallertau

    Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.

  • Wyeast 1187 Ringwood Ale™

    Wyeast 1187 Ringwood Ale™

    Notorious Yeast of European origin with unique fermentation and flavor charateristics. Distinct fruit ester and high flocculation provide a malty complex profile, which clears well. Thorough diacetyl rest is recommended after fermentation is complete.
