Changed my mind-Lager

I originally planned on brewing this as an ale --but actually changed yeast to Whites Lab WLP 811 S.F. lager, used my new stir plate to make a nice starter and slowed down the fermentation to 56 degrees throughout primary--raised it up for secondary fermentation until restart and back to 56. Smooth with less bitteness than I thought. Very easy drinking and appeal to my Butt Light friends.
