    Belgian Cara-Pils

    Significantly increases foam/head retention and body of the beer.

  • 30 g Saaz - 8.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Saaz

    Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.

  • 25 g Hallertauer Mittelfrüher - 3.2 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

Notes

The colour is reportd incorrectly as I used Weyermann Cara Pils (Carafoam) which has an EBC of 3-5.
