  • 7.25 lbs Belgian Pils

    Belgian Pils

    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

  • 2 lbs Belgian Munich

    Belgian Munich

    Used to increase malt aroma and body with slightly more color.

  • 1.75 lbs German Wheat Malt Light

    German Wheat Malt Light

    Typical top fermented aroma, produces superb wheat beers.

  • 0.35 lbs Acidulated Malt

    Acidulated Malt

    High lactic acid. For lambics, sour mash beers, Irish stout, pilsners and wheats.

  • 0.25 lbs Special Roast Malt; Briess

    Special Roast Malt; Briess

    Toasty, biscuity, sour, tangy flavors.   • 0.43 lbs White Table Sugar (Sucrose)

  • 1/2 tsp Rosemary - in vodka added to secondary (omitted from calculations)

    Rosemary has a tealike aroma and a piney flavor. Rosemary is an herb in the mint family. It is a small evergreen shrub, Rosmarinus officinalis, whose 1inch leaves resemble curved pine needles.

    Wyeast 3724 Belgian Saison™

    Classic farmhouse ale yeast. Spicy and complex aromatics including bubble gum. Very tart and dry on palate with mild fruit. Finishes crisp and mildly acidic.

Notes

I did not hit the target gravity so boiled less wort. I added 1 oz of Hallertauer at flame out. I will add Wyeast 3711 at the end of fermentation to get the dry finish.
