Notes
Steep grains for 60 minutes at 154 degrees. Sparge with one gallon of water at 170 degrees. Added DME at 38 minutes. Added honey and LME at 20 minutes. Pitched yeast at 70 degrees. OG 1.082. FG 1.017. 8.6% ABV.
