Ingredients (Partial Mash5 gal)

  • 2 lbs English 2-row Pale

    English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • .75 lbs German 2-row Pils

    German 2-row Pils

  • 1.5 lbs Dry Light Extract

    Dry Light Extract

    White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

  • 3 lbs Liquid Light; Muntons

    Liquid Light; Muntons

    Selected English lager malt is used to produce this fine consistent light malt extract.

  • .75 oz Perle - 8.2 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min


    Used mainly for its minty bittering and good green hop aromas in all non-pilsener lagersand wheats. Aroma is pleasant and slightly spicy

  • .50 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 5 min


    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • White Labs WLP039 Nottingham Ale

    White Labs WLP039 Nottingham Ale

    British style ale yeast with a very dry finish. Medium to low fruit and fusel alcohol production. Good top fermenting yeast strain, is well suited for top cropping (collecting). This yeast is well suited for pale ales, ambers, porters, and stouts.
