  • 4.5 kg English 2-row Lager

    English 2-row Lager

  • 1 kg Munich Malt

    Munich Malt

    Sweet, toasted flavor and aroma. For Oktoberfests and malty styles

  • 22 g Saaz - 9.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Saaz

    Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.

  • 10 g Hallertau - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Hallertau

    Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.

  • 20 g Challenger - 12.0 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min

    Challenger

    Popular bittering hop used primarily in British ales and lagers. Mild to moderate aroma, but quite spicy.

  • Wyeast 2565 Kolsch

    Wyeast 2565 Kolsch

    A hybrid of ale and lager characteristics. This strain develops excellent maltiness with subdued fruitiness, and a crisp finish. Ferments well at moderate temperatures.
