This yeast is famous for its clean flavors, balance and ability to be used in almost any style ale. It accentuates the hop flavors and is extremely versatile.
Notes
Water from Kenner Ranch in Julian. Apple Blossom honey from Julian Cider Mill. Hops from Star B Ranch in Ramona. Yeast is actually WLP090 San Diego Super, not an option. Mash at 150 for 60 minutes. Honey added at knockout.
