    Organic Pilsner; Great Western

  • 1.5 lbs Aromatic Malt; Briess

    Aromatic Malt; Briess

Golden rich color and a smooth malty flavor. Characteristics & Applications: • Munich-style malt that will contribute an intensely malty flavor and aroma. • Use in any beer style for additional maltiness. • Produced from AMBA/BMBRI recommended 2-Row Malting Barley varieties.

  • 1.0 lbs Belgian Biscuit

    Belgian Biscuit

Warm baked biscuit flavor and aroma. Increases body. Use in Belgian beers.

  • 1 lbs 2-Row Caramel Malt 10L; Briess

    2-Row Caramel Malt 10L; Briess

Golden color and a candy like sweetness. Characteristics & Applications: • In contrast to Brewers Malt, glassiness is a distinguishing characteristic of Caramel Malt. • 0.5 lbs Honey Malt

    Honey Malt

Nutty honey flavor. For brown ales, Belgian wheats, bocks and many other styles.

    Tettnanger

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • 1 oz Hallertau - 5.2 AA% pellets; boiled 20 min

    Hallertau

Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.

  • 1 oz Spalt Spalter - 3.8 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min

    Spalt Spalter

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • Wyeast 1056 American Ale™

One of the best ales I've made. The yeast finished clean in the cold secondary. Plenty of body for a helles. Just the right hop balance. A bit out of style for a helles, but what I was looking for. Love the spalter finish.
