2-Row Caramel Malt 10L; Briess
Golden color and a candy like sweetness. Characteristics & Applications: • In contrast to Brewers Malt, glassiness is a distinguishing characteristic of Caramel Malt. One of the best ales I've made. The yeast finished clean in the cold secondary. Plenty of body for a helles. Just the right hop balance. A bit out of style for a helles, but what I was looking for. Love the spalter finish.
