Pacific Jade™ - 14.2 AA% pellets; boiled 30 min
Pacific Jade™
Suited for use as a bittering hop with some excellent results also being seen in dual purpose applications, with a soft bitterness attributable to the low cohumulone. The citrus aroma and flavour notes work well to temper malt sweetness in “fullish” Ales especially when used moderately as a finishing hop. Pacific Jade is also well suited to balance dryer Lager styles when employed as an “up-front” kettle addition to showcase its bittering qualities.—NZ Hops Limited

Citra® - 12.0 AA% pellets; boiled 30 min
Citra®
Citra™ is a special aroma hop variety developed by the Hop Breeding Company (a joint venture between John I. Haas, Inc. and Select Botanicals Group, LLC). It was released in 2007. Citra™ has fairly high alpha acids and total oil contents with a low percentage of cohumulone content. The variety imparts interesting citrus and tropical fruit characters to beer.
- 1 oz
Cascade - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 15 min
Cascade
Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

White Labs WLP001 California Ale
White Labs WLP001 California Ale
This yeast is famous for its clean flavors, balance and ability to be used in almost any style ale. It accentuates the hop flavors and is extremely versatile.
Notes
Using up some leftover grain, palm sugar, and hops, thus "kitchen sink". Will also mash hop with some old Cascade flowers, and use some "wet" Cascade flowers to make hop tea at kegging.
