    Wyeast 1099 Whitbread Ale™

A mildly malty and slightly fruity fermentation profile; not as tart and dry as 1098 and much more flocculant. Clears well without filtration.

Notes

Should be a great one now that I'm down in NOLA! As with almost all liquid extract, the color won't be quite light enough for the style.
