Brewed 01/20/2013. I actually fwh 2 oz cascade. Boiled for 90 minutes and drizzeled the hops an oz every 10 minutes after flameout then chilled to 68

  • .5 lbs Caramunich® TYPE I; Weyermann®

    German-grown two-row spring barley (2004 harvest). Product Characteristics: Golden-brown, slightly aromatic kernels. Contributes light-amber to coppery color to finished beer. Adds mouthfeel as well as gentle malt accent to brew.
