Nice Smoked Porter

Like how this turned out. Keeper recipe. Thames valley gave that malty complexity I was looking for. The subtle smoke comes through in the nose but is balanced nicely in the malty semi sweet flavor. Wish the beer was clear but that is the nature of the non-floculating Thames Valley yeast. Aging nicely in the keg. Maybe a bit less hop and slight change of grains as there is a stout like finish. Needs more malt and complexity.
Keeps getting better with age!

Best porter I have ever made. Tops the Maltose Falcons Redux Porter I mad this summer.
