Notes

Ist Brew In A Bag using a 5 gallon paint strainer bag in the basket of my turkey fryer. 9 lbs of the malt was "mystery malt". Since it came out a lite amber, I am estimating the malt. Yeast is actually WLP090 San Diego Super. Bittering hop is actually "Sladek", got them free at a QUAFF meeting.
