O.G. 1.049. Super light in color. Pitched two vials 001. Liberty hops smelled earthy.

Fermented at 65. Kinda a slow start, then it kept going for about a week. Kept it at 65 until fermentation slowed, then allowed it to free rise to 67. F.G. 1.014. Fined with gelatin while kegging.
