  • 0.66 lbs Crystal Malt 40°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 0.5 lbs Cara-Pils® Malt; Briess

Single temp mash at 153 degrees for 60 minutes. Add DME at 60 minutes. Add LME at 15 minutes. Pitched yeast at 67 degrees. fermenting at 63 degrees. OG 1.053. FG 1.014. 5.1% ABV.
