  • 11.66 lbs 2-Row Brewers Malt; Briess

    2-Row Brewers Malt; Briess

    Mild malty flavor. Characteristics & Applications: • Base malt for all beer styles • Smoother, less grainy flavor than 6-Row Brewers Malt. • Slightly higher yield than 6-Row Brewers Malt. • Slight lower protein than 6-Row Brewers Malt. • Produced from AMBA/BMBRI recommended 2-Row Malting Barley varieties.

  • 0.20 lbs English Amber Malt

    English Amber Malt

    Roasted malt used in British milds, old ales, brown ales, nut brown ales.

  • 0.25 lbs Aromatic Malt (Amber 50); Dingemans

    Aromatic Malt (Amber 50); Dingemans

    Dingemans Aromatic is a mildly kilned malt that will add a strong malt aroma and deep color when used as a specialty malt. This malt can make up to 100% of the grain bill, but it is fairly low in surplus diastatic enzymes.

  • 0.26 lbs Oats Raw

    Oats Raw

    Adds body, mouth feel and head retention to the beer Creates chill haze in lighter beers, so is primarily used in dark ones.

  • 0.12 lbs Candi Sugar Dark

    Candi Sugar Dark

    Smooth taste, good head retention, sweet aroma and high gravity without being apparent. Use in Belgian and holiday ales. Use clear for tripels, amber for dubbels, and dark is used in brown beer and strong golden ales.

    Used mainly for finishing German and American style ales and lagers. Aroma is mild and pleasant.

    BrewTek CL-130 British Pale Ale #2

    CL-130 is a smooth, full flavored ale yeast. Mildly estery, this yeast is smooth, well rounded and accentuates caramel and other malt nuances. It is a strong fermenter and is also good for strong or spiced ales.
