Wyeast 2565 Kolsch
A hybrid of ale and lager characteristics. This strain develops excellent maltiness with subdued fruitiness, and a crisp finish. Ferments well at moderate temperatures.
Notes
Designed to style but more bittering hop is a good thing. Ferment for 7 days at ale temp-transfer to secondary and 10-14 more days at 50f. Prime then age two more weeks.
