For 2103 competitions. Brewed on 1/4/2013. Kegged on 1/28/2013. Brew store did not have WLP838, switched to WLP802, not many choices in the lager yeasts that day. Measured OG was 1.052.

  • 11 lbs Pilsner Malt; Weyermann®

    German-grown two-row spring barley (2004 harvest). Product Characteristics:Perfect foundation grist for all lagers. Excellent modification and favorable protein and glucan levels.
