My attempt at copying New Belgium's Peach Porch Lounger. I plan on putting the peaches in during secondary. I'm expecting a final ABV of 9.2 - 9.4%

  • 8 lbs Pale Liquid; Alexanders

  • 2 lbs Honey

  • 1 oz Goldings - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 30 min

    Mild. Slightly flowery.

  • 6 lb Peaches (canned) - (omitted from calculations)

    Pink to orange flesh very sweet and juicy.
