  • 7.36 lbs English Mild Ale

    English Mild Ale

    Dry, nutty malty flavor. Promotes body. Use in English mild ales.

  • 6.07 lbs English 2-row Pale

    English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • 0.42 lbs English Amber Malt

    English Amber Malt

    Roasted malt used in British milds, old ales, brown ales, nut brown ales.

  • 1.2 oz Amarillo® - 8.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min


    Grown in Washington. A newer multi-use hop with a nice citrus-flower bouquet and medium-high acid content suited for bittering. Used in American Ales and IPAs.

  • 0.55 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min


    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 0.55 oz Centennial - 10.0 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min


    Aromatic but acceptable for bittering. Medium aroma with floral and citrus tones. Good in medium to dark ales.

  • White Labs WLP005 British Ale

    White Labs WLP005 British Ale

    This yeast is a little more attenuative than WLP002. Like most English strains, this yeast produces malty beers. Excellent for all English style ales including bitter, pale ale, porter, and brown ale.
