Interesting Hops and Yeast

I will be interested to see how your choice of hops and yeast turns out.
Nice Octoberfest/Amber

Mix of grains provided a nuttiness that I was looking for. Even though Style guideline above says its dark, I feel it may be a bit too light, but il'll defer to the calculator. I like how the yeast provided some fruitiness but not enough to overpower the grains. Initially the yeast didnt clear, but upon cold "lagering" the beer really matured well. I like the choice of hops. Nondescript but there. I would like a bit more but close to top of style and I'm a hop head. Overall very impressed with the way it turned out......and just in time for the end of October.
