Notes

Named by my son after the Lab assistant on the Muppet Show. Steep grains for 30 minutes at 143 degrees and steep at 153 degrees for 30 minutes. Sparge at 170 degrees. Add DME at beginning of boil and LME at 20 minutes. OG 1.066.FG 1.023. 5.7%.
