  • 4.5 lbs Belgian Pils

    Belgian Pils

    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

  • 6 lbs White Wheat Malt

    White Wheat Malt

    Weizens. Improves head retention in all beers. Contributes spicy flavor. Protein rest required.

  • .375 lbs Belgian Aromatic

    Belgian Aromatic

    Imparts a big malt aroma. Use in brown ales, Belgian dubbels and tripels.

  • 0.25 lbs Oats Flaked

    Oats Flaked

    Belgian White Ale(wit), other specialty beers.

  • 0.4 oz East Kent Goldings - 4.9 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min
