Mashed @ 152° for 60 min. Boiled 10 min. to clear hot break. Added hops. Boiled 60 min. Cooled to 75° and pitched simple starter. Visible fermentation in hours. Blow off needed on next day! Fermenting @ 68°. Smells gooooooood.
