    Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

  • 0.00 lbs Crystal 15; Great Western

    Crystal 15; Great Western

    A lightly roasted two-row malt. The slight caramel flavor and light color provides the brewer with subtlety in the recipe.

  • 0.60 lbs American Vienna

    American Vienna

    Increases malty flavor, provides balance. Use in Vienna, Märzen and Oktoberfest.

  • 0.50 oz Cascade - 6.8 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 0.50 oz Fuggle - 5.3 AA% pellets; boiled 30 min

this is a grate beer for a hot summer day or a weekend at the river add so barrys to it and the grils go nurt over it
