  • 4.5 lbs Belgian Pils

    Belgian Pils

    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

  • 3.5 lbs Belgian Wheat Malt

    Belgian Wheat Malt

    Malted wheat for use in Wheat beers.

  • .75 lbs 2-Row Caramel Malt 30L; Briess

    2-Row Caramel Malt 30L; Briess

    Sweet, Caramel, Toffee. Characteristics & Applications: • In contrast to Brewers Malt, glassiness is a distinguishing characteristic of Caramel Malt. The glassy endosperm creates the desirable non-fermentable components giving true Caramel Malt the ability to contribute body (mouthfeel), foam foam retention, and extended beer stability, while contributing color and unique caramel flavor. • 2-Row Caramel 30L is a roasted caramel malt that imparts golden color. • Use 3-7% for Pilsener-style beers for balance. • Use 5-15% to provide color, sweetness and color to light amber beers. • Produced from AMBA/BMBRI recommended 2-Row Malting Barley varieties.

    Used to increase malt aroma and body with slightly more color.

  • 1 lbs Candi Sugar Clear

    Candi Sugar Clear

    Smooth taste, good head retention, sweet aroma and high gravity without being apparent. Use in Belgian and holiday ales. Use clear for tripels, amber for dubbels, and dark is used in brown beer and strong golden ales.

  • 1 lbs Rice Hulls

    Rice Hulls

    Rice Hulls are used as a filter medium, mostly used in all grain wheat beers to help prevent a stuck mash.

  • 0.65 oz Styrian Goldings - 6.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Coriander is the seed of Coriandrum sativum, a plant in the parsley family. The seed is ground or crushed. Coriander has a mild, distinctive taste similar to a blend of lemon and sage.

  • 1 oz Bitter Curacao/Bitter Orange (Peel) - (omitted from calculations)

    Used in Belgian Wit beers. Add to last 5 minutes of boil.

  • 1 oz Orange Peel (dried) - sweet orange (omitted from calculations)

    Has a fragrantt sweet odor and a subtle mild sweetness. One medium orange has about 3 tablespoons of grated peel.

  • Wyeast 3944 Belgian Witbier™

    Wyeast 3944 Belgian Witbier™

    A tart, slightly phenolic character capable of producing distinctive witbiers and grand cru-style ales alike. Alcohol tolerant.

Notes

Add corriander and orange peels last 15 min of boi carbonate with honey of your choice
