  • 2 lbs American Black Patent

    American Black Patent

    Provides color and sharp flavor in stouts and porters.

  • 3/4 lbs American Chocolate Malt

    American Chocolate Malt

    Use in all types to adjust color and add nutty, toasted flavor. Chocolate flavor.

  • 7/8 lbs Chocolate Wheat Malt

    Chocolate Wheat Malt

    Intensifies aroma; improves color. For dark ales, alt, dark wheat, stout and porter.

  • 11 7/8 lbs Liquid Amber Extract

    Liquid Amber Extract

    Amber is used predominantly in the production of medium-colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters.

  • 1 lbs Malto Dextrin

    Malto Dextrin

    Adds body and mouthfeel. For all extract beers. Does not ferment.

  • .75 lbs Oats Flaked

    Oats Flaked

    Belgian White Ale(wit), other specialty beers.

  • 2 1/8 oz Crystal - 3.2 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min
