    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

  • 0.8 kg German Light Crystal

  • 0.1 kg Crystal Malt 40°L

    Crystal Malt 40°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 0.8 kg White Table Sugar (Sucrose)

    Common household table/baking sugar. Lightens flavor and body of beer. Can contribute a cider-like flavor to the beer if not cold-fermented or used in large quantities.

  • 65 g Styrian Goldings - 6.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min
