I'm hoping this will be a little dry, citrusy, hoppy and delicious. Brewing today! Will dry hop with 1 oz. Cascade in the secondary.

I ended up adding the Willamette hops at 30 minutes and 5 minutes for a little extra bittering to get the IBU's up closer to 60.

Beer turned out well! Not as dry as I'd hoped (which was actually a good thing), good balance of orange flavor, hop bitterness, and hop flavor. Perfect IPA for summer!
