I shall Crack No Barley, Before Its Wine

I shall Crack No Barley, Before Its Wine

American Barleywine • Partial Mash • 5.5 gal

The amount of hops may seem excessive at 228 IBU, but the recipe calls fr 60-70 HBU for the bittering hops, and this is right on the mark with 60. I'll let you now how it is in 3-5 years. I just had some that az friend made and it is INCREDIBLE at 5!!!
